With over 25 years in the architectural signage industry, Amy has worked with and designed many different types of signage ranging from internally illuminated letters and wayfinding to large-scale high-rise pylons and billboards. She very experienced in the varied materials and trends that go into signage design and enjoys the creativity that goes into the process. Amy sees signage not only as a way of communicating information but as a way of displaying a piece of art and treats each client individually with a fresh approach. Using different materials and lighting concepts creates not only great signage but art that sets businesses apart and is a joy for the public to see.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design with an emphasis on typography and illustration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham as well as an Associate’s degree in drafting from Wallace College in Dothan. She is well experienced in the design and fabrication drawing process of the architectural signage industry and enjoys every challenge that comes with the business.

In her spare time, Amy can be found with a camera in her hand, be it on land or under the water. Amy has been a serious amateur photographer for the past 23 years and shoots mostly macro and black and white architectural photos. Amy’s other interests include diving, hiking, mountain biking, reading, genealogy and she is a member of the Birmingham Paleontological Society. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends and loves to shop for antiques.
